Unlike places swarmed by tourists, Cinco Lounge is popular with the locals and is reputed to be the best spot in town for a cocktail, tea, glass of wine, or champagne, complemented by free snacks and good music.<\/p>\n<p>This place is perfect for a quiet evening amidst the lively nights of Lisbon. Cinco Lounge is open only at night, from 9 PM to 2 AM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It\u2019s slightly off-center, but easy to locate.
